Approval of toll service providers in AutoPASS Samvirke
AutoPASS toll service providers in AutoPASS Samvirke are to collect payment from their customers for all toll transactions under a user agreement in accordance with the toll rate decisions in force. Rules applying to the Norwegian toll service provider market are laid down in the Norwegian Regulations on Toll Service Provision for Tolls and Ferry Tickets (Toll Service Provider Regulations).

Applications for approval pursuant to Sections 21, 22 and 24 of the Toll Service Provider Regulations must be made in accordance with annex 1D, 1E and/or 1F to the domain statement. The template for the required self-declaration can be found in Appendix 1H to the domain statement.
